'Used to be our favorite El Paso Hotel. Now: no free breakfast if you book through Expedia, they only clean your room every three days, if you’re staying several days, you have to set your trash cans in the hall for the staff to pick up, you have no place to hang your bath towels since the staff only cleans your room every three days and the staff seems to hate their jobs. I will be looking for another place to stay. Really sad.'

'The hotel is very conveniently located at Terminal D of DFW, which makes it extremely practical for travelers.
However, my experience late at night was disappointing. I arrived at 10:15 pm and the main restaurant was already closed, with only the bar open. There was no 24-hour full menu service, only a very limited late-night menu that was both unappealing and overpriced.
For a Grand Hyatt, and especially for an airport hotel where guests arrive at all hours, this is a significant gap. This is...
