'Staff were great, the hotel looked stunning and the grounds were amazing. The breakfast was delicious too. The room we had was in the attic so I kept hitting my head, the main light in the room was above the doorway which was around a corner so didn’t really help at all. There was water and hair in the bottom of the shower when we arrived as if someone had only just had a shower. There were patches of damp in the room around the window and on the ceiling.'

'First class as always, this is our fourth visit and we are already planning our next one. From a seamless check in with an amazingly warm welcome from Nicola and Cheryl who remembered us from previous visits. The room was excellent and the housekeeping team did a fabulous job throughout our stay, nothing is too much trouble. We are in the Pin bar and once again the food was lovely and all people we came across were helpful and polite. We had a visit to the Spa, where the beautiful Lilly...

'Just perfect. Easy to check-in with very responsive, friendly and helpful staff. Room bright and welcoming. Bathroom bit tired and dark with faulty taps and shower head but clean and plenty of hot water so did not affect our stay at all. Beds very comfortable. Impressed had decaf tea in room! Fan and TV great. Quiet. Breakfast to order on time by very friendly and lovely staff. Bus stop directly opposite. Glorious part of the world. Excellent value for money. Would def recommend- thank you!'
