'I recently stayed at the Niles hotel with my parents, occupying two separate rooms. The warm welcome we received upon arrival set a positive tone for our stay. The staff, while explaining the hotel rules, offered us tea, and our luggage was efficiently taken to our rooms. The rooms were well-maintained, displaying a smart use of space with ample outlets and a convenient keycard-based electricity system. The only drawback was the somewhat compact shower cabin.
