'Very nice motel everything was great the rooms were lovely the complex has been done up to perfection. The staff were lovely. Would highly recommend and we would stay there again. Very handy location 2 min walk to the beach. Parking was great. '

'I recently stayed at the msocial hotel in Auckland and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find a travel adapter available at the front desk, a small but thoughtful touch that saved me a lot of trouble. 'Very nice hotel in the City center. A lot of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. We had a room at the 20th floor on the side with great view of the bay. Very quit room, we loved that.'

'This room was super quiet considering how close it is to the freeway, as long as the patio door was closed. Everything was like new, bed was very comfortable. We just parked on the side of the building otherwise you are charged for parking. Shower only has partial glass divider with the rest of the bathroom so very difficult not to get the floor wet. Not too many options for restaurants in the area, hotel restaurant could use a few more options for dinner.'

'Good location and very clean and new facilities. Staff were very helpful and friendly even with teething problems of this being a very newly opened hotel. Sensor lights next to the beds were a bit annoying as they kept going off even just moving the sheets or reaching for bed side table. Design and decor was a bit dark and weird but that’s more personal preference! Could also be better signage to rooms and lifts. Overall enjoyed our stay! '

'Thought the Hotel was very nice. The customer service and concierge were outstanding. I did not use the pool. Thought the breakfast was lacking. It’s a buffet but has no eggs prepared. You have to order eggs as part of a more expensive breakfast. The problem comes when you’re in a hurry to catch an early tour or transport and you don’t have time for à la carte. '
