'My family and I just stayed here this past week for my moms 65th birthday. The service as soon as we stepped out of our lyft driver was amazing. We were greeted with smiles and leis. Our bags were put on a trolly and rushed right up to our room. When we went to the lobby we were greeted warmly by Richard. 'The hotel was very clean and in an excellent location. The room we initially booked did not match the ocean view shown in the photos and was too small for our family of five. The staff were exceptional and super polite, and made the upgrade process easy, moving us to a larger room with a much better view for a fee. The new room was perfect for our two week stay. The buffet breakfast was great with an excellent range of food and drinks, and the evening social was a really nice touch, with coupons...

'The bathroom was small. The bathroom on our last cruise was larger. The room was huge, and the AC worked great. The condition of the room was excellent. The bathroom was clean and modern. The water pressure was outstanding. Everybody we met at the hotel was chill and helpful. Everything cost extra. The lounge chairs had to be rented. Why have a premium resort and cost, and then nickel and dime your guests? Anyway the property is well located and excellent. '
