'We thought the staff were so accommodating. Nothing was a problem. We asked to cancel our Japanese breakfast and they applied the cost as a credit toward our dinner meal, which was excellent. Provided an extra pillow and always had fresh towels for the onsen. They also helped with directions to various places we visited. Beautiful view of the river from where you sit in the onsen. 'This hotel is a few minutes from the station and the beach. Well organized and clean. People are very helpful. Kumano City is not a very touristic area and you need some basic Japanese. In the surroundings are beautiful nature trails along the coast and wonderful rice terraces in the mountains. '評判通り温泉はお湯が熱目で、トロトロで最高に良かったです。 食事も夜も朝もとても美味しかったです。 お部屋も清潔で眺めもよくのんびり快適に過ごせました。 自然の中なので仕方がないし、虫除け対策もされているとは思いますが… 露天風呂、脱衣所には特に蚊が多くて何ヵ所も刺されてしまいました… この季節に行く場合は自分でも薬持っていったりと対策した方が良いと思います。 十津川温泉、初めて伺いましたが、時間がゆっくり流れていて、とても癒されました。 道が良くなったらまた行きます。 '

Cependant, il n'y a pas de restaurant / café dans l'hôtel mais une sorte de kitchenette commune pour faire réchauffer ses plats. Fin novembre, il n'y avait pas grand chose d'ouvert et l'offre reste limitée dans les alentours, mieux vaut prévoir. De manière générale, la région est incroyable et mérite de s'y rendre."
