'The customer service was great, everyone at the front was exceptional. We forgot a stuffed animal and called a few hours later. They immediately went to look for it and held it at the front until we could pick it up. I believe his name was Tony, very kind! '

'The room was really nice and updated. A few of the floor tiles were cracked and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom but overall it was in good condition. Breakfast was good and the lobby was clean and staff was friendly. '

'We only stayed one night on the way back home but it was awesome find. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. It was very clean and looked almost brand new. They also had ice cream and coffee around the clock. '

'I stayed at WoodSpring Suites in St. Louis Arnold on June 21. I got there probably around six 630. The young lady working in the desk was so very helpful. I had my dog with me my suitcase and another item I was carrying and she helped me get on the elevator and got me up to my room while she carried some stuff for me. The room was very clean. Bathroom was very cleanand the bed was very comfortable! Had a wonderful kitchenette. It looks like they just remodeled all the rooms they had a hard wood...

'This property has live plants everywhere and it is so refreshing!! In the pool area there are potted plants and a shower to rinse off!! You never see that at hotels!
The only negative thing I will bring up is the parking and the outside sitting area. You have to park pretty far from the front (only about 15 spaces up front) There is not much sitting space outside like other Comfort Inn and Suites in the area.'

'Very convenient to everything, there were shopping, restaurants, parks, etc closed by - 3 minutes from six flags and about 7 minutes to downtown Eureka. We felt very safe and peaceful in the area, definitely will come back around this area. '

"Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. "
