'Hotel is prima, avondploeg was vriendelijk, maar de ochtend ploeg keek chagrijnig en wilde mij niet graag te woord staan bij vragen over ontbijt of uitchecken.. ontbijtruimte en faciliteiten zijn niet voldoende voor de capaciteit van het hotel. 1 wafelijzer en 1 toaster zorgt voor rijen van een kwartier. Er wordt ook niet tijdig aangevuld, toen ik hierom vroeg werd ik nijdig aangekeken. Kamer was zeer ruim en schoon, prachtig uitzicht op het ballpark was fantastisch. Bedden waren wel wat...

'Bathroom door hinge caused interference with closing the door. Toilet seat was about to fall off (maintenance fixed). Pool was clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast had a fair amount of variety. One breakfast team member looked as if she just came from a drug infested homeless camp. Front desk was hit or miss as to whether they enjoyed their job.'

'The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait.
