'I think the “Luxury home” part of the listing was a bit of a stretch but overall we had a good time during our stay. The frame for the king bed was terrible though, any movement no matter how small was incredibly loud to the point you can’t believe what you’re hearing is even possible. I greatly appreciated a call from the owner to touch base about checking out and what not, and unlike many other spots that expect you to deep clean the house before leaving, this one had no such requirement.'

'Eclectic & cozy . Upscale boutique feel. Very unique. A relaxing getaway in a bustling city. Wonderful front desk staff. Theresa was very courteous and friendly. Room was clean and our breakfast room service order came right at the scheduled time. We will stay here again.'

'The initial impression pulling up to unload was really bad. It’s unclear which “lane” for valet and which is self park. No signage and a tight space turning in from a busy city street. Awkward. One of the worst initial impressions ever. However, once you finally get in and up the elevators (takes time, there are two hotels stacked on each other in this high rise), the check in, the staff and ultimately the room were all fantastic! 'Most of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food / drinks, for a hotel especially, are reasonably priced. The hotel is in a great location for walking to events uptown, but this also means lots of noise. On Saturday night and into Sunday morning, there was intensely loud drag racing that I could hear clearly, even on the 11th floor. 'I stayed at the Omni for 2 nights, as I was in town for a wedding nearby. The location was great and the light rail was one block away. The front desk staff were very nice and quick in getting me checked in. The room was big and the bed was comfy, however, the water pressure in the shower left things to be desired, as well as not enough lighting in the bathroom and rest of the room. 'Bar wasn’t open long, pool was the size of a kiddie pool, it was EXTREMELY hot in the lobby, we’re told it was a 75$ security hold that actually turned out to be $175. Valet parking is charged by the day and not a flat fee to stay. That was not disclosed. All in all will not be coming back to this location.'
