'the owner and help were just wonderful people the place was very clean and the rooms were fun to stay in and the coffee shop was a enjoyable place i dont think theres one place in bandera that could beat this placel they give discount if you deserve one theres just no words thatcould disscripe the enjoyment there and again thank you mrs boettcher and will use again soon;'

'This is a very cute house but could improve with lighting and adding some mirrors in the bedrooms. I would rate it higher but the neighbor dogs barked each night so we did not get the rest we had hoped for. Another reason for not rating this higher is because there is not an option for showering only a bathtub. '

'The house is a cute set up. However, the listing does not say it’s across the street from a cemetery and church. The house was not very clean, and items left for guests like wash cloths, trash bags, towels are very limited. In the case of the trash bags & toilet paper the bags are thin and small even in the kitchen and don’t fit the trash can. The toilet paper is one ply. The bed was messy when we checked in. Grass burs on the floor. '
