'Very nice room. Desk clerk that checked us in was obviously having a bad day. lol. Very unfriendly and short. He was also sitting out front smoking when we left. Hotel was beautiful and loved the lake view though.'

'Staff was friendly & helpful. Rooms are older and need to be updated. The beds are firm, not very comfortable. Walls are thin, you can hear the other guest talking and running down the hallway as well as the traffic on the highway. I don't plan to stay in the future.'

'No in-room coffee. Was told that it was a corporate decision to cut costs. They did have 24 hour coffee available in the lobby. I guess if you want a coffee when you wake up, wear your Jamie's, walk down the hallway take the elevator walk to the lobby, then go back.'

'Staff was pleasant. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Free washer and dryer was a bonus. Kitchenette was perfect. I only gave it 4 stars due to the recliner broken when we arrived. We reported it and they assured us it would be replaced and never was. Also report side door was broken and not locked which never was fixed during our 6 day stay.'

'We came for the national park and found the hotel to be just far enough away from downtown to not have to hear the roar of the cars and motorcycles. Quiet/Clean and a good breakfast 10/10'

'Walked in lobby was clean. Only 1 staff member was helpful in 3 days. Had to put in maintenance requests as soon as I got into my room. Which were never completed. I was told he needs to order parts. All of which I priced were available at Lowe’s. His response was we don’t actually fix things just order new ones to save time…. It cost more and takes longer if a job is a 5 min job to order than just do it. I bet they won’t do the repairs at all. My floors were sticky like they just sprayed Lysol...
