'very clean and reasonable, Great kitchen staff'

'Had a room with 2 queen beds. Room was very large. Very good hot breakfast. Unfortunately the pool was very cold. My grandchildren could not swim. Hot tub was also only lukewarm. Disappointed. Requested an extra pillow. Was told here were no extras.'

I cannot recall the name of the woman but she was professional and very helpful in answering questions. The property is dated, but the areas we saw and our room were very clean. It was a Saturday evening and the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was as described in reviews, bananas, apples, yoghurt, make your own waffle, mini muffins and some pretty awful...

'This was a wonderful stay, a true 5 star place. Very clean except for all the cobwebs on the patio but that was minor. We loved staying here. No breakfast but great coffee. We loved standing out on the patio watching the boats go in and out of the lake and listening to the birds in the trees to the south of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again. all of the staff were super helpful.'

'Room not clean, hairdryer started to smoke when I turned it on, curtains had holes, the upstairs smeeld bad ,pool and hot tub out of order, saw staff only when I checked in. I was very disappointed. I should have been notified that the pool and hot tub were out of order. Do not recommend. The grass and trees were the only this that was good'
