'Excellent communication! Really nice place. The screened in porch was our favorite! Saw all sorts of ducks and geese. Saw a woodpecker. Even got to watch a couple of beavers hard at work! Would definitely stay again. It was close to our hunting spots for mushrooms. Had a little bit of a problem with the tv! Sent him a message and had it taken care of very quickly! So dont hesitate to check this place out!! Thanks again!'

'This is an adorable cottage in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Excellent location, close to downtown and the beach. Perfect for us, with a fenced in yard for the fur baby. Nice amenities, including condiments, spices, coffee and tea provided in the renovated kitchen (loved the blue cabinets!). Our daughter lives in the area, so we will definitely be back.'

'The house was well stocked and extremely clean. Plenty of steaming hot water. The hot tub was fantastic, kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was perfect for what we were looking for. The road traffic was a bit more loud than what were were used to and we closed the windows to help with that. It was a great stay and we will definitely check it out again the next time we are in the area!'

Definitely agree w everyone that this feels like a home away from home. We just bought property in Lewiston and wanted to stay for a long weekend and check out the area more, and very happy with our new “neighbors” Would love to experience this lake house in the summer! 'We had the best time on our four day vacation! This is a gorgeous house with a beautiful yard. We had everything we needed and could not have been more comfortable! I grew up on the east side of Grand Lake, so this was a different perspective for us - and we all loved it. The game room was great on the rainy day. We brought a kayak and SUP, made a bonfire at the lakeside and watched football on the big screen tv. It doesn't get any better than this!'

'I was visiting the area on short notice for a funeral. Hotel rooms were in short supply. I found this nice home in a very convenient location. The home is in good condition, its kept very clean and everything was in good working order. The owner was very good with check-in / check-out information. Looks like it would be a great choice for a small family visiting the area.'

'My brother and I stayed here for the weekend as a base camp for our trout fishing and mushroom picking trip.. It was very nice and relaxing.. no Wi-Fi but none needed. We have Verizon service and had no problems with reception.. The cabin is plenty big enough for 6-8 people.. The hunters cabin out back is pretty neat also.. a nice studio style room.. nice quiet area.. it was a bit warm for a bon fire but it looked like a nice area to sit and enjoy one..
