Went over the top with questions, helped provide everything I asked for and was very friendly. No complaints about staff - 10/10. Only complaint was it seemed every ice maker was out of service but I’m sure they were trying to resolve that issue.'

I paid for my room in FULL for 2 nights but when I arrived the next day (flight was delayed) I was told I couldn’t check in because they had cancelled my room (kept my money) and sold my room to another guest So that means they got to benefit TWICE from one room Cancelled my room and left me stranded with nowhere to stay And when asked for my money back on the phone with manager, she hung up the phone on me...
