'The General Denver is a charming and well maintained historical hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The adjoining restaurant is convenient and the food is great! Because this is a historical hotel, some of the rooms may be on the small side. If you are looking for something spacious, this may not be the place for you.'

'The room phone didn't work so I could not contact the desk.There were people partying out in the parking lot both days that I lodged there.One group was right outside my window so I couldn't get to sleep.I was able to obtain the desk number from my cell phone and I had to call them twice before they did any thing.'
