'Really enjoyed my stay here, it’s a Japanese style hotel with a bar and restaurant, I had the curry for breakfast, it was very good! The room was roomy and comfortable, the waterfall shower gives the onsen bath a run for its money. The staff was friendly and helpful, world definitely stay here again.'

'The building is old, well cared for with rustic - with character. The bed was comfortable and the room had a small sink. Toilet and shower are communal and I found them to be very clean. There isn't a coffee maker in the room but they bring out coffee in the hallway. There is a wonderful bagel bakery on the same block with coffee if you need it earlier. I'd definately stay here again but if you want all the usual comforts of a hotel, this is not the place. If you are flexible, it's a fun place...

'This is a fun place to stay, and definitely the cleanest and coolest at the price. You have to share a bathroom and you can clearly hear the band in the bar, so if you plan to take a bath and go to bed early, look elsewhere. Bonus for being next to Bernstein Bagel's for an easy morning treat.'
