'I have stayed at this property several times before and always found this hotel very good for the price. Bathroom a bit small but acceptable. Always clean and check in normally goes smoothly. But not this time! A day before leaving home I tried to contact the hotel by phone 12 times to inform them of possible late arrival. Every time I only had a recorded message. I left a message saying arrival maybe after 10 pm. I eventually (the following day) received instructions saying how to enter hotel...

'I needed a hotel overnight in relatively close driving distance to Homebush. The staff at Gladius welcomed me. The room was clean and spacious, with a kitchenette, KS bed and heaps of wardrobe space. Everything was clean and modernised, and even though it's on the corner of a main road, it was quiet.
