Although there is a warning from the host/owner that nothing can be done about the normal activity such as footsteps. My family did not have a peaceful night because the person's footsteps are heavy and at 1030PM and 330AM, his footsteps going back and forth with tapping sounds for several minutes woke all of us up. 'This space is in a great location for Hilo side activities. The kitchen has everything you might need and the host has included a bunch of extras to make a great stay. All the directions and guides made it easy to dine the parking and the unit.'

'Sweet little home with everything our family of 3 needed for a few nights. Used the kitchen for meals and the beds are comfy. We loved the pool, large and clean. And of course being next to Carlsmith Beach Park is very special. Friendly, mellow, quiet building. Hoping we can stay again!'

'This was our second time this year staying at this beautiful, warm, welcoming, and quiet home attending Hilo events, as we live in Kona. We returned because we love it so much and it accommodates my family and elderly mother. Love the AC in each room and lots of seating in the living, dining rooms and on the balcony.
