'Simone provided detailed information on getting to the place, parking spot with pictures which made it very easy even though we arrived late. The place itself is beautiful with a lot of nice touches. It was themed true to the pineapple loft name :). There were a lot of beach gear for us to use, books to read, indoor games to play. The kitchen had all the essentials needed to make a meal and the fans and window ac in the bedrooms helped us sleep well. The place itself felt like home. '

'This was our second time this year staying at this beautiful, warm, welcoming, and quiet home attending Hilo events, as we live in Kona. We returned because we love it so much and it accommodates my family and elderly mother. Love the AC in each room and lots of seating in the living, dining rooms and on the balcony. The host is super responsive and accommodating. Hope to return again soon!'

'This is a pretty space with an equipped kitchen. It has many places to visit within walking distance. We used Paddlers as an overflow for visiting family, and it was perfect for this. Mahalo for a great visit. '

'The house was fantastic - great condition and cozy and comfortable. They even provided beach gear like boogie boards, snorkels and beach towels, not to mention local coffee and cookies on arrival. The location was close to grocery stores, easy to get to downtown, and close to the beaches as well. Only downside were loud roosters in the neighborhood, but that's just part of being in Hilo. Overall the stay was fantastic and would definitely stay here next time we're in the area'

'We were very Comfortable and would stay again! Appreciate white linens as it adds to feeling of being clean. Comfortable bed. A/C was a nice perk! Unit was ground level so easy to get baggage in and out. Designated parking spot. House Close to road but never noticed car noise. Did hear foot noise over head but wouldn’t deter from staying again. The local market, KTA, was great!!'

'This house felt like coming home. The attention to detail is top notch. Appreciated the welcome basket. There's a separate parking space for you to use. House is on a side street, no issues with street noise. You will hear coqui (frogs sounding like birds) at night, which can get quite loud. Don't let that stop you from staying here though, because you won't be able to escape it anywhere in Hilo anyway and this house is really fabulous. Bonus: earplugs are provided for those that want them....

'We visited Hawaii for the first time this summer for my parent's 60th Anniversary. There were 11 of us in total at the house and we could not have made a better choice. There was plenty of space for everyone ( ok sometimes the teenage girls spent too much time in the bathrooms) and the surroundings were perfect. We loved meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Air hockey was fun to play. The amazing soothing sounds of the coqui frogs at night led to peaceful sleep,(earplugs were available if...

'We needed a spot within short distance of Volcanoes National Park that could accommodate our family crew of 16 people, and this place was perfect. We had 8 comfortable beds and a giant dining table. Also enjoyed a little time in the backyard pool. Great house for a big group!'
