'This is a great place. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and cleaned daily.
My only regret is that I didn’t stay longer. I switched sides of the Big Island and probably didn’t need to.

'I got the superior suite because I wanted a balcony, king bed and my own bathroom. I can say it was not disappointing. The time I was in the room, it was peaceful and quiet. It may not be a fancy hotel but for me I do like small, quiet, peaceful, unbothered vibes. Also, I had a late check in...on a tsunami threat day, so office was closed but I didn't check my messages till later because of all the chaos, Makana, the manager, assured me that they left my key for me in the lock box. Yay! I sure...
