'The staff was so friendly. There were lots of animals: peacocks, cats, frogs, geese. We loved it! We booked it to be closer to Volcanoes National Park, without realizing there was no road that cuts across. We had to go amidst to Hilo in order to go back down to the Volcanoes, so it wasn't the most convenient, but we loved the vibe!'

'We loved our stay at Kehena house! We were greeted by Stephen when we arrived and given a quick tour. 'Great B&B! Owner had prompt communication and provided several helpful tips. Loved having an our own private Hale which was outfitted with all the essentials including comfortable King bed. Kitchenette had mini-fridge with freezer. toaster-oven & microwave, coffee & tea in the room plus custom ordered breakfast (egg sandwich, omelette, or waffles) that came with a delicious papaya fruit bowl delivered to the room. 'I had a really great experience at this B&B on a beautiful ranch, the host was incredibly accommodating, even with my last minute booking. She was out of town and made sure everything was ready upon our arrival and that we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond. She even shared with me where she purchased some of the beautiful decorations, which I really appreciated. The place was clean, stylish and comfortable... I would definitely stay here again!'
