Meer dan $ 4. 5 miljoen werd uitgegeven om Brigantine Quarters naar de hoogst beschikbare resortstatus te brengen - Gold Crown! Renovaties van binnen en van buiten, waaronder nieuwe keukens met dierenriemwerkbladen en betegelde badkamers, maken dit een van de mooiste en meest particuliere gezinsresorts op Hilton Head Island! Gelegen in een rustige hoek van Shipyard Plantation, aan een doodlopende weg, voorzieningen zijn onder andere mijl van fietspaden, golf, gratis tennisbanen, twee zwembaden (een seizoensgebonden verwarmd behalve van september tot februari), barbecue-gasruimtes, een kinderbad speeltuin, een handige privétoegang tot het strand en een nieuw beachclubgebouw! Het strand ligt op slechts een par vier wandelen in een woonwijk met weinig verkeer via onze eigen privé-strandpoort (geen parkeerproblemen)! Onze eind unit appartement kijkt uit over een grote lagune en de Brigantine Golf Course. Het volledig nieuwe, professioneel ontworpen, interieur is voorzien van gewelfde plafonds, ruime kamers, een bad en marmeren douche in het grote betegelde hoofdbad, nieuwe slaapkamer, woonkamer en eetkamer meubels, vloeren, tapijt, gordijnen, apparaten en een 42 'flat scherm HD TV. Er is een mooi privébalkon met tuinmeubilair om te ontspannen of te dineren dat uitkijkt op de grote lagune!

Magical Memiries Made

Magical memories made!Our stay was just perfect! Every day, we bounced from the convenient location to town, the amazing heated pool right by our unit, then to pickleball courts for some family fun, and a minute bike ride to the beach! We could not have asked for a better stay! The owner contacted us several times before our stay just to ensure that everything was lined up perfectly. He cared more than ever!

Great Location

This is a great location - easy access to beach and shopping. Grounds are wonderful, 2 pools, tennis, grills, etc. Units are dated, kitchens have just the bare minimum and cleaning should be a little better. However, for the price and location I would stay here again.

Wonderful trip

We enjoyed the Brigantine Quarters very much! Met a lot of the quarter owners of some of the other condos and they were all so nice and helpful. This is a small very clean community. Has a great private shortcut access to the beach. The views of the lagoons are wonderful and awesome wildlife to watch. Our accomadations were very clean and simple and provided what was needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!

We have been traveling to HHI since the mid 80’s and this was our first stay in Brigantine and I can assure you it won’t be the last. The property is amazing and everything is so close! Loved our stay will will rent this unit again!

Honestly, I could have been happy just sitting on the deck watching the alligators all week! Very close proximity to the beach, easy to get back and forth. The young adults had a wonderful time biking daily to Coligny to check out all of the cafes and fabulous shops! We would definetely choose this condo again!

The condo really is in an ideal spot...we have stayed in Shipyard before, but not in Brigantine... literally all the difference in the world. The private gate access leads to a quick walk to a less populated area of the beach if you go straight, or a quick walk to Coligny if you turn to your right and follow the road. Ideal for families who have kids old enough to go their own way at times. Rich is a responsive owner and checked in with us after our booking to make sure all of our questions were answered. The unit is on the end and offeres a great view of the lagoon and plenty of wildlife, including an alligator, plenty of herons and egrets, and even a few turtles. We will return to Brigantine Quarters!

A great 2-bed 2-bath condo that suited our needs as a family with 2 children. The condo had everything we needed and the beach was about a 10 min walk away. The best thing was the view of the pond with its resident alligator!

My husband and I absolutely loved the location of this property. The views of the lagoon from the windows in the great room, balcony, and master BR were stunning. We enjoyed observing the wildlife. The short walk out the back gate to Coligny Plaza was another plus. The home was well appointed, quiet and very comfortable. We couldn't be any more satisfied!

This was one of the nicest condos we’ve ever stayed in. And the beautiful view was incredible!

The location was perfect, and the private gate to the beach a huge benefit - just a short walk made beach-going a daily event. The second week we were there, the pool was being ripped up by heavy equipment and huge trees were being sawed down. The loud day-long noise was disturbing.

Brigantine Quarters is a beautiful property! Great Condo!

Brigantine Quarters is a beautiful property! Our condo was amazing and booking it was so easy. It was perfect for our family. It is updated and equipped with everything we needed. We had a great view of the lagoon and saw multiple alligators and lots of wildlife. The beach gate makes going to the beach a quick and easy walk. The two pools are clean and perfectly located on the property. We will stay here again, many times! This was a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful, quiet, relaxing Island life!

Our stay at Brigantine Quarters was quiet and relaxing. The weather was very disappointing because it was so cold, but we were able to ride bikes, walk to the beach and enjoy our accommodations. The view from our deck was very interesting for bird watching. We weren't able to use the pool because the weather was too cold and the pool water was also very cold even though it is advertised as heated. We also spent a day in Savannah which was a beautiful place to visit. We took a walking tour of the old town. That's what we love about Hilton Head, you can always find something to do as long as the sun is shining!
