De eerste verdieping van deze mooie villa heeft de keuken, eetkamer met plaats voor 6 personen, half bad en woonkamer met een prachtig uitzicht op Braddock Cove. Boven zijn de 2 slaapkamers met de grote slaapkamer met uitzicht op Braddock Cove. De overdekte veranda is de perfecte plek voor uw ochtendkoffie terwijl u geniet van de overvloedige flora en fauna. De eb en vloed van de getijden brengen de vogels en dolfijnen in de baai om te vissen. The Cove staat bekend om zijn roodbaars en zeeforel! Als u van vissen houdt, zult u van deze verhuur houden! This property was great inside and out. It was the right amount of space for 2 adults and 1 teenager. Having two full baths upstairs and a half downstairs was perfect. The views from the den were just stunning as the sunset each night. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to enjoy some dinners together on the back covered patio. We were able to fish from the yard when the tide was up. We walked to Salty Dog each day and took advantage of the tennis courts right by the property. Highly recommend renting bikes and riding over to Harbor town. The beach is just a short walk away and would recommend taking a walk on it when it's low tide. If you want a quiet neighborhood close to the action, this is the place to rent.

The villa is right by the South Beach Marina with a water view as well. The villa was nicely updated, equipped with essentials, and cozy for a family of 4-6. We enjoyed every bit of our stay.

We’ve stayed in this villa multiple times over the years and it is an always clean and in good condition. Easy rental, check in and checkout. Well equipped home. Best part is the covered back porch overlooking the water with comfortable furniture. Can’t go wrong with this unit especially if you enjoy fishing.

My husband loved fishing on the cove. The place was peaceful and sweet. It is walking distance from Salty Dog Cafe and a general store. We got a yummy quiche from the general store one morning. We enjoyed having access to the swimming pool. It was nice having a kiddie pool too. We had a blast!

Great location for a family beach week. It’s a 10minute walk with a toddler from the beach. Kitchen is wonderful and updated. Bathrooms are a bit old and outdated but considering you aren’t in the condo much they worked great. Overall very comfortable and convenient.

Our vacation was great the property is in a great location only minutes on bike from beach as well as having the bay right off your deck. The bay was nice to fish in also. Bike trails go all over the island and was also very nice to have something a little different to do and site see. The house is right around the corner from the Salty Dog and we went to the ice cream and restaurant several times, very convenient! The tennis court are also an added bonus that my kids used once a day. Our kids range from age 9-16 so there was plenty to do for all ages!

Clean and bright condo on peaceful bay. Lovely views from kitchen/dining room, living room, and master bedroom. We spent most of our time on covered veranda overlooking the bay. Kitchen beautifully updated and stocked with all utensils needed. The beach was just a short walk and having the South Beach Marina nearby was wonderful. Salty Dog Cafe and ice cream shop, plus bike rentals are a major plus. The Vacation Company staff was helpful and friendly. We will definitely book this condo again.

Location was great. We have stayed in this particular area of South Beach many times. However, never have we had a villa that seemed to have so little attention paid to cleaning. There was obvious dirt build up on commonly touched areas and upholstery was visibly dirty. This was especially concerning during COVID. Our take away is that The Vacation Company, who by the way we have never dealt with when renting through VRBO, is not servicing the owners of theses properties well. Our future rentals will not be with properties managed by The Vacation Company.

We enjoyed our condo overall The kitchen had been updated with new stainless steel appliances. The washer and dryer were in great shape as well. Our bed was hard and our master bathroom needed to be updated as far as new shower doors. having a grill with propane tank came in handy also. Overall a good stay but I felt it was slightly overpriced. I would love to find a place to rent that did not require a 7 day stay. Returning home took over 10 hours due to all the beach traffic leaving the same day. I will probably look elsewhere for a place to stay for 4 to 5 days to avoid the Saturday to Saturday traffic
