Niet te missen op deze prachtige strand vakantie naar huis en het zwembad. Hilton Head Island is een prachtige plek om vakantie het hele jaar door. Sla de zomer drukte en genieten van een heerlijke vakantie in de herfst. Dit huis vult meestal snel en de zomer van 2019 boekt al snel. Bel nu als je geïnteresseerd bent in dit huis voor uw volgende vakantie zijn.

Deze verhoogde 5 Slaapkamer oceaan huis gelegen in Noord-Forest Beach is voorzien van prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit de meeste kamers en dekken. De eerste verdieping van het huis heeft een ruime comfortabele woonkamer met toegang tot een groot dek die leidt tot een prive-zwembad. De eerste verdieping heeft ook 3 slaapkamers. Twee slaapkamers zijn ingericht met kingsize bedden, en de derde slaapkamer heeft 2 aparte bedden.

De tweede verdieping is voorzien van de woonkamer, eetkamer en een ruime goed uitgeruste keuken, allemaal met een prachtig uitzicht op het strand. Er is veel stoelen rond de bar in de keuken, evenals een ruime tafel. De master bedroom heeft een kingsize bed met een eigen badkamer en een grote jacuzzi en een aparte stap in de douche. De master slaapkamer heeft ook een eigen balkon met uitzicht op de oceaan. Een stijging van 6 stappen van dit niveau is een slaapkamer met 2 tweelingen en een queen bed op met een halve muur van glas die gebruik maakt van het omgevingslicht uit het dakraam in de woonkamer.
Het huis is onlangs gerenoveerd en ingericht. Alle voorzieningen die u wilt worden verstrekt. Flat sceen lcd-tv en DVD's zijn in alle slaapkamers adn door het hele huis. DSL-service voor laptops, kabel, BBQ grill etc zijn aanwezig. U kunt ontspannen in luxe op uw eigen terras en afkoelen in uw eigen zwembad. Daarnaast kan de rustige stranden niet kloppen. U kunt ook fietsen of een wandeling maken over veilig schaduwrijke paden naar Coligny Plaza, het centrum van activiteit op het eiland. Daar vindt u meer dan 60 winkels, restaurants en activiteiten.

Dit huis is perfect geregeld voor een groot gezin of meerdere gezinnen die willen samen op vakantie. De woning is voorzien van een kleine extra's om uw vakantie extra speciaal te maken. Everything was first class. The house was beautiful, the amenities were wonderful from the shampoo and conditioner that was provided to the water chairs and tent for the beach. All of our needs were meet ! It was a wonderful week for the whole family.

Location, location, location

This house has the ultimate location. Paul and Marc take a personal interest in assuring that guests are completely satisfied with all aspects of the property. Fun Family Thanksgiving

From the moment we booked this Thanksgivng week, all members of our party were happy and excited. The location is outstanding with shopping and activities a short distance away, the beach a few steps from the house, and the pool and hot tub at the bottom of the stairs. The ocean views were fantastic, the rooms (all but one with a view of the ocean) were spacious. Never did we feel crowded! The kitchen was well equipped and and easy for multiple cooks to work together. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and all other necessities right there. There was a stack, a stack of beach towels! The pool table was a constant enjoyment for both young and old. The addition of the outside fridge and the inside wine fridge were very much appreciated. The fact that our host, Marc, and house manager, Paul, seemed to be available 24/7 made our stay much better as our few needs were met immediately. We had a problem with one of the bikes (lots to select from) and I could not find the broom. Before you ask, the broom and dustpan are in the laundry room. (DUH!) Do not hesitate to book 91 Dune Lane for your family or group. You will love the time you spend in this wonderful vacation home. We were sad to leave and one of the grandsons asked if we could stay for another week.

A+ for Location, Communication and Household Goodies

Thanks to Marc and Paul for a great family vacation. Dune Lane is a perfect oceanfront setting, both private AND close to every activity you could want. Just a walk out the door to the lovely pool and a few steps further to our private path to the beach. Being an extremely hot week, we made great use of both. As far as the house, we lacked for nothing. There was every kitchen tool, outdoor grill and low country boil pot, plenty of seating indoors and out, lots of bath and beach towels, toiletries, laundry needs, bikes for all ages, toys for all inside and out, TVs. You name it, it was there! From the time we booked, communication with Paul was very smooth and immediate, The one small problem we had with a bed was addressed within the hour on a Sunday evening. No hesitation with it at all. It was great to meet Marc, Paul and Justin in person. All three are very friendly and informative. While not a mega mansion like so many in the area, 91 Dune Lane is a well-loved and comfortble home. Our stay was such fun and a truly enjoyable family getaway!

Could not have been better!

We rented this house for our parents 50th wedding anniversary and I am SO glad we found it! First of all, Mark and Paul were incredibly helpful before we even arrived. I was able to get recommendations for a local bakery and for a photographer and they gave us lots of details when we had any questions about the house or the amenities. And the amenities?? Amazing!! Everything you could need and some you might not have even thought about!! Bikes for the whole family, beach chairs, a beach tent for lots of shade, towels galore, great shower products, the list could go on and on and on and on… and I haven’t even talked about the house itself or the location!! Right on the beach, barely any walk at all other than over a tiny hill of sand! The ocean is RIGHT THERE!! And if you want a more relaxed type of water experience, a beautiful pool is there to swim in and a nice jacuzzi tub to enjoy as well! This stay was everything we had hoped for and more - absolutely beautiful views, especially from the private balcony. It was just amazing. Perfect. Do not look any further, book this place now before they fill up their dates!! You won’t be disappointed!

What a view!

We are a family group of 8 adults and 3 little ones. We had a great week. The kitchen has plenty of equipment and nice tableware. The pool is a good size and the beach is a very short walk from the house. The manager, Paul, and the owner were very welcoming and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We highly recommend this property.

Our first Hilton Head experience. Loved it! Great location. Right on the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping at Coligny plaza. Very responsive and friendly host. PERFECT location and GREAT Management

We just finished our week vacation in Hilton Head and this was the first time staying right on the beach and let me tell you it was just an amazing experience. Marc, the owner, and Paul, the property manager couldn't have been nicer, and they made sure our stay was just perfect. This house has it all, you are literally steps away from the beach, the most amazing view of the ocean and sunrise, fire pit on your own personal section of the beach, an area to lay out in the sun, a pool that was almost as warm as the hot tub (for an additional charge so be sure to request that if you are going in chilly months), game room, large kitchen, great deck space, 4 minute bike ride to coligny circle, I could go on and on with how this house was just fabulous. If you're considering this place, go ahead and book it, you won't be disappointed! Marc and Paul, I'm sure we'll see you again in the years to come!

As advertised!!!

House was perfect for us!!! Everything was ready for immediate enjoyment and relaxation and both our goldens loved the back yard and pool area. Private access to the beach was extremely cool. Pool was heated to the perfect temperature to handle the one or 2 cooler days at the beach. We will definitely be back to 91 Dune - thanks Paul and Marc!!!!

Family Christmas

We had a great time visiting the week before Christmas. The kids enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub and bikes. Easy walk to Coligny. The views are amazing from the house and deck. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and the big storm that came through. We prefer to cook rather than eat out and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We appreciated the supply of dish and dishwasher soap. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but Paul checked in many times to make sure all was ok. We would stay again.

This is a great property that is so close to the beach! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked and the views were amazing. Paul is the property manager and Marc is the owner and they both took great care of us. The location is great plus they have beach chairs, bike, pool toys and plenty of beach towels. 50th wedding anniversary and family celebration.

My wife and I dreamed of our entire family, nine of us, celebrating our 50th anniversary together for a week, under one roof. Our expectations were high. Paul, our property manager and Marc, our host, made it all possible. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms and walk-in showers were so well stocked you need only bring your toothbrush. Living areas were well appointed and comfortable. The large kitchen had more utensils, dishes and appliances than our own home. All appliances worked, pots and lids matched with plenty of storage space. Like the rest of the house, everything was spotless. Even the outdoor grill was clean with extra propane bottles. The heated swimming pool was a big hit for everyone, especially in January. We all agreed that the house had more thoughtful amenities than all the other vacation properties we have rented. Just add groceries, that's it. Location is everything. Gorges beach. Beautiful sunrises. Poolside to sandy beach within 50 feet of each other. Shopping, activities and restaurants within 10-15 minutes. Bonfires on the beech every night with firewood already stocked. Paul was very attentive to my every question and made the business of renting quick and easy. Marc is the consummate host. He has gone out of his way to make his house your home for a week! He truly enjoys pleasing his guests. There are other beautiful houses in Hilton Head, but this owner and manager are what makes this one stand out. Best family vacation ever. Bill and Torie
