6106 Island Club - Serene Lagoon-uitzicht.

Volledig gerenoveerd, deze eerste verdieping villa met een open plattegrond maken dit een perfecte huur voor gezinnen en het strand ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand. De prachtige keuken met granieten aanrechtbladen en roestvrij apparaten staat open voor de eet- en woongedeeltes met een tafel met stoelen voor 6 personen. Een grote nieuwe doorsnede vult de woonkamer en biedt u puur comfort. De grootste kingsize slaapkamer is ingericht met meubilair in Tommy Bahama-stijl, biedt een flatscreen-tv en heeft uitzicht op de lagune. Het betegelde privé-meesterbad is voorzien van een glazen inloopdouche en granieten aanrechtbladen. De logeerkamer heeft een queensize bed en een eenpersoonsbed. Het volledige bad in de hal is betegeld met granieten aanrechtbladen. Uit de schuifdeuren is een prive-terras met 4 stoelen en 2 tafels om te genieten van het landschap. Er is ook een poort vanaf de patio die u direct toegang geeft tot de minuut lopen naar het strand.

Samen met een breed prachtig zandstrand, biedt Island Club een uitstekende vakantieomgeving. Het is niet alleen een resort aan de oceaan, het biedt ook een groot zwembad met waterval, een kinderbad met een paddestoel waterval en een zonnebank met ligstoelen in het zwembad en scheidt de hot tub. Island Club biedt ook negen gratis tennisbanen (reserveren verplicht), een pro shop, een fitnesscentrum, sauna's, een speeltuin en buiten basketbal- en racquetballbanen. Kinderprogramma's zijn ook beschikbaar van juni tot september voor kinderen van 5-12.

Review of condo

Overall, it was an excellent stay at this unit!Some big pros: location of unit on the corner (180 degree view) and lagoon was very nice, short walk to beach, pool, and playground was excellent, included beach chairs and toys were very much appreciated! Cons: no tupperware or storage containers was a bummer. The Wifi was quite slow at 20mbps download speed, but on a beach trip this wasnt the end of the worldWould definitely stay here again!

Great Condo with wonderful amenities!

We stayed with family for Spring Break and the condo was in close proximity to the beach, pool and gym. The property has a guard and everyone was friendly. I never found the pool to be over crowded. I loved the various perks like cornhole, sitting area looking out to the beach and for people with kids a play structure. The condo itself was roomy and had extras for use.

We had a great time. The walk to the beach is not bad at all. There were beach chairs in the room for us to use. The back porch area had access also which made it easy to load and unload the beach cart. It was nice to have the washer and dryer to keep things cleaned up.

Our Favorite

We have stayed at Island Club several times & this property was our favorite. We enjoyed that it was 1 level & on the 1st floor,therefore, no steps to climb at all. The proximity to the beach & pool was also great.

Great location

The location to both the beach and the pool was absolutely fabulous and perfect for families with young children! We appreciated the addition of the Pack N' Play for our infant as well. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the sprinkler system is quite loud and did wake us up several times at 5am. It would have been nice for there to be a small selection of spices in the cupboards, as we had to buy salt/pepper, but we understand the removal of those items for cleaning purposes. We found several mosquitos and small bugs creeping around, but thought that was to be expected with a ground floor unit. We were very pleased with the comfortableness of the couch and the beds and appreciated the heated vent fans in the bathrooms. Overall, we enjoyed our time at this rental unit and would gladly return again.

Family summer vacation

We stay at the Island Club every year. Some condos are nicer than others. This one was not great. The refrigerator was not working for the first few days. Therefore, many of the groceries we bought went bad. Someone came to fix it, but said the thermostat wasn’t working and could freeze up again. Hopefully it was replaced so no one else had the same problem we did.

Great Location

This place is a fantastic first floor and steps away from the beach! We loved the lagoon, and how convenient the location was to the best restaurants on the island. My only "complaint", which isn't on the owners at all - is that the sprinklers woke us up every night at 3 and 5 AM where it's first floor. Other than that, perfect stay! We will definitley stay here again!

Great experience

This was our 1st time in Hilton Head. This condo was really nice. Very clean inside as well as outside grounds. Staff very pleasant. Each and every one. Amy was quick to address a minor issue we had and even called in between to see how we were doing. Will definitely stay again.

Always a great time!

I have stayed in this condo at Island Club many times over the years. I especially like the location of this unit because there is ample parking right outside the door, as it is an end unit. Condos a bit closer to the beach have a lot of competition for parking, even though they are only steps closer. Island Club is a well-kept secret on the island. Folly Field Beach is the best, and Island Club is set away from the touristy areas of the island. If you want shops and restaurants in walking distance, stay down around Coligny or Shelter Cove. If you want the best beach/tennis experience, Island Club is your choice.

Hilton Head vacation

This property was fine. The check out procedure is the pits. We had a situation where we needed to leave a day earlier than originally planned. So, I called the number of the property manager and told them we were leaving early (didn't expect any discount or anything). So, 9 hours into our 12 hour drive home, we started receiving the multiple text messages and emails to check out the next morning. The links don't work that night. So, after drivign 12 hours, had to get up early to "check out" with the link. Thanks, Vacation Company, you guys are the worst.
