Perfect!
Very cute little condo just steps from the pool and beach! Everything was very clean. The owner was extremely responsive to any and all of our questions (as in immediate!). Great stay and we'd definitely go back.

Great location
Great location, but was small for the price we paid. Worked out well for us though with the short stay. What we missed the most is the Ocean view. Property is closest to the beach but being on first floor the trees and the building in front block the view.

Delightful HHI Getaway
This was our 2nd year staying at the HHI Tennis and Beach Resort and it continues to blow away our expectations! The room is top notch and the accommodations were great! Highly recommended this to my friends and family and hope to continue to enjoy this trip in the coming years

Hilton Head Vacation
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. The property was clean and updated. The proximity to the beach was fantastic. We could always find a place to park. The only thing that was frustrating was hearing the upstairs neighbors constantly. It sounded like they were moving furniture. I know that’s not the managements fault but it’s good to know for future guests.

Great location and updated space
When we first arrived on the property, I was a little nervous because the exterior of the building looked a little older. The condo, however, was just as pictured and has been beautifully updated. There is a nice smart tv in the living room and in the bedroom. The bathroom shower is really nice after a day at the beach! The property manager was great at getting back to me quickly. My only complaint was the guests above us were very noisy on the last night of our stay, but I think if I had contacted the property manager they would have helped with that situation. We would definitely stay in this condo on our next vacation to Hilton Head.

Easter Week on Hilton Head
Great location on Foley Fields Beach. Property manager was helpful in providing instructions about the property and information about Hilton Head. Property was quiet, well equipped and was just as described. Located a very short walk to pool and beach. We rented bikes on site during the week and enjoyed riding the many trails around HHI. Only negative would be the very small sized bathroom, but overall the condo was just the right size for two people.

Excellent Location
The location is terrific. You are only a minute, or two, from Wm. Hilton Highway... everything seems to be on, or near, it. On Friday morning, the Keurig machine failed. I contacted Kevin with the news. By 7 PM he had a brand new machine delivered to us. Great service! The unit is cozy for two people. Everything needed is in the kitchen. The Internet and TV reception are both very good.

First beach trip with toddler
We took our 18month old to the beach for the first time. Hilton Head was beautiful and our room was gorgeous! The renovations were very nice and the resort had everything we needed. Kevin stayed in contact and made the checkin easy. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Perfect Stay!
We stayed in Hilton Head midweek and what a perfect vacation place! Unit was clean, bright, perfect location, close to pool and beach. Didn’t want for anything! Bed was extremely comfortable and plenty of drawer space which is sometimes hard to find in rentals. Close to the Marina where there are so many great places to eat. I could see it being very busy during the Summer, so I was glad we went after Labor Day. The owner was extremely attentive, answering any questions quickly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great stay
The property was just as described. Very, very clean and nicely decorated. We were a party of three. Myself, and my two girls ages 9 and 7. This was a perfect space for us. Conveniently located! You are just a few steps from the pool and beach. The onsite restaurants were so convenient and good food. . I would have given this review a 5 star, but there was construction going on in the unit above. The noise was so loud and the fumes were bad. This was no fault of the manager. Apparently construction is allowed at specific times throughout the week days.

We are sorry for the construction sounds...but on the brighter side of that noise...so many owners are doing what is needed to make their privately owned condos to be even better than they were before. HHBT Wants to offer amazing places to stay

Amazing condo close to the beach
Wow… we were so impressed with our stay in this condo. We walked in and immediately noticed how clean and well maintained it is kept. We are a family of 4 so we used both the main bed and the pull out bed. The pull out bed was very comfy as well! One of the best things about this condo is the proximity to the pool and beach. It is so close that we would walk over in the morning, but come back for lunch and then head back out until dinner. It is maybe a 2 minute walk to the sand. The condo is also equipped with everything you need to make meals. We ate breakfast, lunch, and several dinners in the condo and had all the equipment we needed to cook meals for our family. We will definitely look to book this same place when we visit Hilton Head in the future. It was absolutely perfect for our family!

Week at HHBT
It was a very comfortable, relaxing week. Beach and wonderful dinners each evening out. My 22nd year at this complex but first at this condo. Location perfect for an older individual who struggles with steps, just one set of steps. Only negative I would say is cost.

Great family trip!
We enjoyed our stay for our family trip. Close to the beach, easy walk to the boardwalk with a small child and infant. Kitchen fully stocked. Our only complaint is we had to pack our own bath towels and dish towels for the stay as enough is not provided for a family of 4 to stay a week. Overall, happy with the stay and location of condo.
