It’s likely that you’ll never want to leave! When you’re ready to venture out, however, exploration comes easy. Leave the car at home in favor of renting a bike and peddling about the island, stopping to experience the shopping, dining, parks, and maybe even a round or two of mini golf along the way. Hilton Head is also a mecca for golf lovers, with one such option of the Port Royal Barony Golf Course right next door to the community.
At the home, you’ll be in a prime location to take full advantage of the surrounding amenities, conveniently located by the walkway down to the beaches. The spacious, shaded balcony overlooks a tranquil pond, with an outdoor dining set seating 6 for meals al fresco. The balcony closet stores everything you need for a full day out on the beach, with toys and chairs readily available for guest use. Heading indoors from here, you’ll step into the bright and airy open floor plan of the main living area with plush sofa and armchair seating beckoning you to find relief in the air conditioning while you stream an episode of your favorite show on the smart TV. A handy wet bar can serve up all of your desired drinks for easy stops to and from the outdoors. The modern kitchen features all-white appliances and stone countertops, with ample cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware to help make meal prep and planning a breeze. Fire up the Keurig coffee maker in the morning to help wake you up as you plan out another perfect day in paradise!
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes an adjustable queen size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes an adjustable queen size bed and a smart TV.
The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer/dryer combo in home.
- Third Floor Unit. Stairs are required to reach the unit. No elevator available.
- Lot parking available for 2 vehicles. 24 hours prior to check-in guests must provide vehicle make, model, license plate number, color, and registration state in order to receive parking passes upon first entry into complex. If using rental car, guest must state so 24 hours prior to check-in and will complete registration at the gate upon entry.
- Pick-up trucks must keep tailgates up at all times. Parking permits will not be issued for any boats, campers, motorcycles, mopeds, motorized cycles of any type, trailers, marked taxicabs, or any recreational vehicles (mobile homes, trailers, motor homes, campers, motorized campers, or any other related forms of non-passenger car transportation devices).
- This home is equipped with a Ring security camera located on the front door and facing the exterior hallway.
- Pets are not permitted. Service animals allowed only after all requirements are met: documentation from medical professional confirming medical need, service animal license, and proof of vaccinations.
