Spacious, steps from the pool, one block from ocean

Impressed with how big the condo felt inside, big spacious common areas. Bed in the master was actually comfortable, which never seems to happen. Lots of lizards and frogs outside for the kids to "catch." Pool is literally right out the back sliding glass doors, felt secure since you needed a code to get into the courtyard. Beach was one block away through another condominiums parking lot. It was pretty convenient, however kept us from spending too much time on the beach with hauling 4 kids and all the things that go along with them. Owners left some beach toys and chairs to use which was really nice! Overall very happy with our stay, we love HHI!

Great location for a quick vacation with the family. This was our second time visiting this year. Short walk to the pool. 2 minutes away from the beach. I'm going to continue to use courtside when traveling to Hilton Head. I would recommend this location for everyone. The only thing I recommend is to have a Television in the second room. This helps if your traveling with children. Overall great experience and location.

Overall we had a good stay at the property. It is a short walk to the public beach access about 5 minutes. Also, the pool was very nice as well as close to the condo. The only issue we had was the previous group did not leave much room for trash and had put trash in the recycling bin as well.

Utter disappointment

My husband and I wanted to spend a relaxing week away from home. Knowing that COVID is still a problem we anticipated spending more time in our rental than we normaly do. This unit was absolutely filthy when we arrived. Sand covering the cushions of the sofa, finger prints and smudges on the glass doors, dirty coffee pot, cooked on food in the microwave, and the floors were so dirty we didn't even want to take our shoes off. In addition to that mice chewed through our bread and muffins and left droppings all over the kitchen floor. We called management who said they would send someone over. Still waiting on that one. It's a shame that the owners of this unit put their faith in a service that doesn't deliver. Not a pleasant experience for us.

The week stay provided exactly what was anticipated and hoped. Rest and relaxation without bother or worry. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen adequate in space, appliances if not new certainly looked/performed as if they were. The pool was close and even though - never a peep was heard inside the unit.

Pleasant Stay on Hilton Head Island

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay on Hilton Head Island in this condo. The condo was clean, very well maintained, and well stocked for the few days that we spent there. In addition to that, the proximity to the beach was one of the things that made the stay even better. I definitely recommend this condo for future visitors.
