Speel 's ochtends een tenniswedstrijd, breng een luie middag door met loungen bij het zwembad en kom gezellig bijkomen
voorkant van de tv 's nachts in dit ruime appartement Folly Field. Met toegang tot een gedeeld zwembad, een bubbelbad en nog veel meer voorzieningen, zullen maximaal zes gasten zich hier thuis voelen!

De accommodatie ligt tussen de palmbomen en kijkt uit over een rustige lagune. Neem een
korte rit naar de winkels en restaurants van Hilton Head Island om de lokale bevolking te proeven
keuken en doe wat winkelen, of loop de schaduwrijke wandelpaden naar de on-site tennisbanen, de on-site
zwembad en het strand van de gemeenschap.

De keuken is gescheiden van de formele eetkamer en de woonkamer via een lage muur en is geweest
bijgewerkt met nieuwe apparaten en een ontbijthoekje. De woonkamer is voorzien van twee banken, een bureau en een 50-inch flatscreen-tv met dvd en kabel. De
grote slaapkamer met een kingsize bed, een eigen badkamer, een fauteuil om te lezen en te ontspannen, een 32-inch tv,
en directe toegang tot een terras met uitzicht op de lagune. Gasten kunnen gebruikmaken van gratis WiFi
in alle kamers, evenals de dorpsvoorzieningen waaronder de vislagune, barbecueplaatsen, zwembad,
en negen tennisbanen.

Great time!

This was my families first time to Hilton Head and this condo was just the place we needed! Having two bathrooms was ideal for a family with three children! We will definitely be back!

Nice Stay

The location of the condo is great! We loved the short walk to the beautiful beach, the free access to the clay tennis courts and the pool. The place is pretty clean, the onlyl thing we noticed was that the air vents were a little dusty. Also, the water pressure of the bathroom sink facets was low, and the drainage of the sinks the could be better. Overall we had a nice stay.

Even Better Than Advertised

Property was nice. We would rent again. I think a few basic items should have been provided that weren’t such as beach chairs & towels, salt/pepper and coffee filters. Other than that, we expected to have to supply everything else.

Covid Getaway

The property was clean and comfortable for family of 5. Enjoyed the balcony with lagoon view and my kids liked seeing the ducks, turtles, and fish every morning. The pool is very close and was perfect for the kids. However, the beach is 1/4 mile walk so be prepared if you are bringing kids and beach supplies. Outdoor furniture in need of updating. There aren’t any trash bags, tiny supply of laundry detergent and dishwashing supplies, so be prepared to bring those. We also had to purchase a spatula because there wasn’t one (we left it for the next guests). A previous comment raised concern about the door not being childproof, the owner has fixed that and now there is a childproof locking mechanism. Overall a good stay for the value!

Relaxing, quaint getaway

We had a great long weekend in this property! Super close to the beach, clean, stocked with kitchen utensils and roomy living space. We rented bikes one day and rode around the island a bit more, which I highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

Quiet

We really enjoyed our time on the North end of the island. The beach was far less busy and only a short walk which was very pleasant. The condo was very clean and had all of the kitchenware that was needed. We did enjoy the games and the puzzle. Our son enjoyed staying in the same room as us and it also gave us peach of mind. Didn't get to enjoy the pool due to Covid-19 however it didn't take away from our stay. Would visit and and recommend to friends!

Nice property in a great development

We had a wonderful stay. The property does not have a view of the ocean but has a very large balcony that overlooks a lovely lake that's filled with turtles that are very entertaining. We did not miss having an ocean view. The unit had everything we needed and they gave us plenty of towels. The development where the property is located is great - pool, playgrounds. outdoor activities and grills. If you love to play tennis this is the place for you. Clay courts and we never had an issue signing up for court time. They also have lessons and tennis activities throughout the week. The beach is great, not crowded and a very family oriented crowd. We would stay here again if we came back to Hilton Head.

Great long weekend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish it could have been longer. The condo was clean and had a great location. My only complaint was that there was no internal lock on the front door. My toddler kept running over to open the door! Otherwise, it was great.

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at the Island Club. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was very nicely decorated and we had everything we needed. It was nice to have gas grills available right outside our door. The pool and the beach were just steps away. My only concern is that the pool was kinda of on the small side but the pool area was well set up with lots of space to lay in the sun or shade. Overall we would definitely return to this condo again.

Pros: 1. Close to the beach - took us about 5-8 minutes to walk to the beach and that's with a 2.5 year old toddler walking pace. 2. Super stocked kitchen and home 3. Quiet - nice to sleep with the balcony doors open and being able to hear the fountain in the pond and/or waves 4. Close to the pool too 5. Good size space, good size rooms Cons - 1. The home needs updates in general - aged couches and appliances. Everything works, but many things are aged. We contacted the service center about the few things we had concerns about and they came out within a day to address them. 2. Probably could use a good paint job on the inside 3. Could use better cleaning.

Great space for a relaxing family vacation

Our family of 4 stayed in unit 103 at the Island Club and had a GREAT vacation. The location was great as we spent each day at the beach with short walk through the property itself. We did not use the pool on the property as we were mostly interested in the beach. The pool looked GREAT and was always full of people enjoying themselves. We were able to rent bikes from the Island Club and explore parts of the island as a family. The unit was clean and perfect for our family of four. While it could use some updates as it would appear the unit gets plenty of use, it was a great spot for us. We would certainly visit again. This resort would be perfect for a group of families who wish to stay together!

A Pleasant Interlude on Hilton Head Island

My wife and I had visited Hilton Head Island before and found this property a welcomed addition to our HHI choices. The unit's balcony overlooks a lovely lagoon. The pool is just a two-minute walk away and a five-minute walk takes you to the beach. Yes, the furniture is looking its age and the tile in the master bath could use some scrubbing, but the kitchen is well equipped and overall the accommodations were very comfortable with an ambience that is more like home than institutional. We enjoy spending time in the spring or fall at the beach and would have no problem deciding to stay at 103 Island Club again.
