Ocean One 402 - Beachside 4e verdieping Condo

Blijf aan zee en geniet van vele voordelen van een complex aan de oceaan zonder prijzen aan de oceaan te betalen. Gasten die in Ocean One 402 verblijven, genieten van een landschapszicht en hoeven geen straat over te steken om de Atlantische Oceaan en het strand te bereiken. Kingsize bedden in de slaapkamer en slaapkamer 2, twee aparte bedden in slaapkamer 3, twee aparte bedden in slaapkamer 4 en drie grote badkamers. Na uren in de branding spoelen vakantiegangers onder de buitendouche op het privéstrand van het complex en duiken vervolgens in het zwembad aan de oceaan.
Ocean One heeft een gloednieuw grillgebied toegevoegd aan het complex net buiten het zwembad.
Ocean One is een liftgebouw met vijf verdiepingen in South Forest Beach. Ocean One is een van de voorzieningen die op het hele Hilton Head Island worden aangeboden, op een steenworp afstand van de strandmarkt van Coligny, een schilderachtig centrum met een breed scala aan restaurants, winkels en amusement voor alle leeftijden. Deze moderne accommodatie heeft een onlangs gerenoveerde keuken en baden met warme hardhouten kasten, nieuwe apparaten en armaturen, granieten aanrecht en aangepaste keramische tegels.

HHI Retreat

Great stay and great location of property. The rooms were spacious with easy access to the beach, pool and coligny. There not downside was that the washing machine did not work. We submitted a message about it but did not hear back. Hope our message helps get it fixed for the next guest! Overall, very minor compared to the enjoyment we had.

A number of concerns about the process and the property. 1. As previously raised I was quoted a $ amount in Cdn currency but charged that amount in US currency. VRBO promised me a call back regarding this but they have yet to contact me. This was 2 weeks ago. 2. We waited until after 5 PM at which time I contacted the rental office about the availability of the unit. I was to have been texted as soon as it was available. At that point they told me the unit had been available for some time and gave me the code over the phone. 3. Major construction occurring on the balconies on the pool side of the building. We were not informed of this until after our final payment was processed. I'm sure this work was planned months in advance but we were not advised. It was both noisy and dusty all week. 4. Unit was large and well laid out, and worked well for our family. Of note the ice maker was broken and leaked, the dishwasher doesn't work well, and the living room furniture is very tired and needs replacement. Overall given the price of the unit we were disappointed and felt it was not good value.

Nice overall

It was decent and very roomy and comfortable. Maybe needs some new couches in the future and the washing machine definitely needs cleaned (front loaders gather mold quickly) but we enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed staying here and would stay again if the mattresses are replaced. Communication was great and the property is gorgeous. Location is excellent!

Exterior/grounds where nice and clean. The unit itself was moderately clean. It could have used a good deep clean, as well as some overall maintenance. This was a 30th anniversary gift trip. Overall we had a good time and our stay was pleasant.

Great vacation, location, condo size. The cleanliness when we got there could use some work, and the family room couch pillows and area rug were off-putting, worn and stained, didn't want to cozy up in there, but an easy fix for the owners.

Fantastic place to vacation!

We were very satisfied with our recent stay in Ocean One #402. The condo location is amazing.. walking distance to everything, and right on the beach! The grounds were lovely, and everything very clean around the complex. The pool is fantastic - cleaned every morning. And the beach is literally steps away. So great!! There is a fantastic park and playground across the street, lots of bike racks if you plan to rent bikes, and the Coligny shopping center is just an easy walk away. The unit itself is a vacation rental, so is understandably a bit worn. It had everything you need for a family, though. Even a CrockPot! We had lots of room to spread out, the kids enjoyed having a room with twin beds. There are books and board games on the shelves to use, ample kitchen goods, and plenty of towels / linens. We even noticed beach toys in a closet, though didn't use them. And there were baby toys / a pack-n-play supplied, which was a HUGE help for our little guy. The *only* downside with Unit 402 is that it is an end unit, and overlooks the Tiki Bar next door. Because Ocean One has all open air walkways and staircases, sound really travels. The walls and windows are thin, so we heard loud music pretty much consistently. The baby was in the smaller blue room with two twins.. it happens to be closest to the outer walkway, and is the absolute loudest. He managed to sleep through it, but something to consider if you have light sleepers. The rental company was incredible to work with. Very helpful, friendly staff. Super responsive and very great communication. We would definitely stay again!

Overall great experience

Overall awesome place to stay. The location is amazing and super close to Coligny which for us is always a must. Great property and beach front. Awesome pool. The condo itself is spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with any cooking need you may have. Overall I would recommend This property. Great for families. Only recommendation would be to possibly replace some of the beds. The front guest room with the two twins had extremely noisy beds. You couldn’t roll over without it squeaking very loudly. This led to sometimes disrupted sleep. Would definitely stay here again.
