Ocean One 413 - Oceanfront 4e verdieping Condo

Met dekken uit de woonkamer en twee slaapkamers, gasten die verblijven in Ocean One 413 genieten van een panoramisch uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan en de witte zandstranden. Na uren in de branding spoelen vakantiegangers onder de buitendouche op het privéstrand van het complex en duiken vervolgens in het zwembad aan de oceaan.
Ocean One heeft een gloednieuw grillgebied toegevoegd aan het complex net buiten het zwembad.
Ocean One is een liftgebouw met vijf verdiepingen in South Forest Beach. Ocean One is een van de voorzieningen die op het hele Hilton Head Island worden aangeboden, op een steenworp afstand van de strandmarkt van Coligny, een schilderachtig centrum met een breed scala aan restaurants, winkels en amusement voor alle leeftijden. Dit moderne pand is prachtig ingericht en heeft een gerenoveerde keuken met sprankelende witte kasten. Het decor en het uitstekende uitzicht maken Ocean One 413 tot een VIP-eigendom. De woonkamer heeft een 47 "flatscreen. Slaapkamer heeft een 37 ", en de 2e / 3e slaapkamers hebben een 32" flatscreen. Oceanfront VIP-appartement geschikt voor 6 personen comfortabel. Ideaal voor twee koppels. Slaapkamer en slaapkamer 2 hebben kingsize bedden en een eigen badkamer. Slaapkamer 3 heeft twee tweelingen bedden en 3e bad. Perfect Condo and Location in HHI

We loved our stay! Perfect location, wonderful view, great pool and outdoor amenities. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of room for everyone. Loved all the great restaurants close by as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great overall stay

Great location since we were able to walk to many nearby shops and restaurants. While maintenance and construction were still in process at one end of the complex, we were still able to access our unit by elevator and the noise and disruption were minimal.

Nice unit, ongoing construction

The unit was very nice, clean, great view, had everything we needed. 4.5 stars The property: Nice pool and fire pit area, nice walkway to the beach. Unfortunately there was major construction that we were never informed of. It was every day, including Saturday and Sunday for our entire 12 days. Very noisy One of 2 entrances was closed, one of 2 elevators out of order. The elevator that worked was at the entrance that was closed. Half of the parking lot was closed. The daytime security lady was very nice and helpful. The evening guy was rude, when I told him that groups of teens were sneaking into the locked pool/fire pit area almost every night, he said there was nothing he could do about it. So what is his purpose? If the teens were quiet and polite, I wouldn’t mind, but they were not. Seashore Vacations: I informed them of our late arrival and they made arrangements accordingly, check-in was flawless. I was charged a credit card fee, even though I made arrangements to pay by another method.

Perfect Girls Getaway

If the wash machine & the ice maker worked, and the TV would have had instructions it would have been better. We all packed with the intention of doing our wash to cut down on what we packed. These type of things would have made our stay much better.

Cleanliness of condo

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo! Refrigerator was filthy and has mold. Kitchen counter tops had a lot of crumbs on them. Also, mold was on dining room wall, hanging picture frame and ceiling vent in dining room. 3 light bulbs were out upon arriving in bathrooms. And a live spider was on my pillow case in master bedroom when I turned the bed down for the first time! We called Management and they sent a very nice gentleman to change bulbs and try and clean mold.

Exceeds Expectations!

413 Ocean One lived up to and exceeded our expectations. The unit was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. Location is amazing. Beach is right in front of you and the views from the balcony are incredible. The shopping plaza is a couple minutes walk and has lots of restaurants and shops that everyone in our family enjoyed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful!

Thank you for sharing your lovely condo. Very clean, perfect for us, our daughter, son in law and two teen granddaughters. Loved the view and proximity to the beach. Washer and dryer came in so handy. Purchased shrimp at a nearby market and had a shrimp boil for family, best meal on the island! Thank you for providing any cooking supply we could’ve possibly wanted. Only a few suggestions, twin mattresses were very uncomfortable even for teens and tv remote in bedroom off dining room did not work, turned on but wouldn’t change channel (could be user error?). If we are ever in this area we would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very nice and clean with everything we needed. We enjoyed having a bathroom for each bedroom. The view on the porch was fantastic, and we spent a lot of time there. The fact that it is very close to shopping was also a plus. Would stay there again.

Wonderful Thanksgiving break at the beach!

Excellent stay! Amazing location steps from the beach. Excellent communication with property manager. We had to move thus trip from April due to coronavirus closures-- absolutely no problem doing so. Super clean beautiful accommodations. Highly recommend.

Great location but dated condo

We booked the vacation with 6 adults and 3 children (set of 7 month old twins and almost 4 year old) Access to the condo was easy and the elevators and smaller complex made it an easy haul for all our luggage and baby gear, carts were available to use. Overall the location was great but the condo was quite dated. Most of the lights are on switches and so there are a lot of table lamps. Unplugging a light and making sure the switch is on to charge your cell phone at night is a little annoying but its not a deal breaker. We picked this location because it was close to the beach, the complex has a great boardwalk to the soft fluffy sand and then the beach stretches much further of hard packed sand. We were able to pull our wagon stroller (wonderfold w4) on the fluffy sand and then it pushed easily along the harder packed sand. Had a wash area to remove sand. Plenty of seating at the pool and always seemed clean. Not sure the condo was the best for small children. There is a very large glass table in the middle of the living room. It takes up so much space that its actually hard to get around to the couch and love seat if there is more than a couple of people seated. There is very little floor space for young children to play and my daughter actually pushed against the table once shifting it and scaring all of us thinking it was going to break, luckily it seems pretty sturdy. There was comfortable furniture throughout and the beds all seemed ok. The bathrooms are very small but functional, we found it just easier to keep the door open since they were pretty private to each bedroom. Would be nice if the large fake plant was removed from one of the rooms and replaced with a bedside table. The plant in that space just isn't functional! That same bedroom seemed warm at night and I suspect that is why there is a rather old fan sitting in the corner of the room. The fan helped the following nights but was a little loud and there wasn't really any good place to set it. Was a little disappointing to only be provided with 1 pot holder, 1 kitchen towel and one dish cloth. This could be because of COVID rules but we eneded up buying a couple more at walmart to use. The kitchen was otherwise well stocked for cooking several meals. No beach chairs available for use in the condo, we had hoped to find a couple chairs, but there were none (listing didnt claim to have any) overall it was a good condo but price is definitely for the view.
