The neighborhood also offers guests free practice tennis courts on site. But, the amazing lagoon and golf view from the Carolina Room is really what sets this property apart. If the wildlife and exquisite live oaks are not enough, grab one of the extra clubs from the kitchen pantry and enjoy some putting on the practice green located on the other side of the bridge.

Two free bikes are included and will be waiting when you arrive. Use them on the many wide bike paths going just about everywhere within Sea Pines--You don't really need your car much for this vacation. Sea Pines also has a free trolley, another fun way to explore all the beauty and nature of Hilton Head. Parking is right in front of the villa. Bring your pet and enjoy all the dog friendly businesses and parks. We also provide a free local gym membership and WIFI is, of course, complimentary and upgraded. Please note that one exterior camera is in back looking at the back yard/patio and one in front looking at the entrance/street.

Check in is a breeze as we mail your Sea Pines vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need to wait in line and stop at security. Simply head straight to your villa, park in front, and head to the beach!
