'The restaurant, coffee service, and breakfast staff were outstanding—attentive, welcoming, and truly delivered an excellent guest experience. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was disappointing. I was surprised that my valid U.S. REAL ID driver’s license was not accepted, and the focus seemed to be on what couldn’t be done rather than finding a solution. 'The view is absolutely stunning! There's quite a big difference in rooms. Some of the rooms are completely renovated (specially the bathroom) and others are not. We got lucky and received a brand new room, but friends of ours didn't and the bathroom was in real need of renovations. The reception isn't always that friendly, but overall we had a very nice stay, the view (such a beautiful bay) and breakfast (what is wonderful, by the way) make up for those little inconvenients '
