The price of the hotel was reasonable, especially considering the quality. The walls are so thin we could hear entire conversations happening in the room next door when we were trying to sleep. We had to put white noise on Spotify. The blankets are so hot and make a noise like snow pants everytime they move it woke me up several times at night because i thiught my kids were getting out of bed. The TV remote didnt work at all. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. My family said the breakfast was good. Overall for a one night stay it was okay, considering it was only 85$ I certainly wasnt expecting a 5 star hotel.

When i walked into my room it was like a freezer! had to have the heat cranked to maximum for 2 hours to get the room brought up to normal room temperature. Spent all that time with my coat on waiting for the room to warm up :o(

The hotel and room were exceptionally clean. The facility its self is in need of some general maintenance. The pool, hot tub and ice machine on our floor was out of order. The rooms are showing some wear but were very clean and the bed was comfortable. This will be our first choice when traveling through Hinton.

Our registration was fast. Our room had so many stains on the carpet I made sure to let the hotel know as they had charged a $200 deposit. Overall it was ok clean. The toilet paper and tissues were barely processed sawdust. They use Dove soaps that was better than expected. The pool is a nice size but the rusty heat register in bathroom makes you wonder at the safeness there. Breakfast was pretty much exactly the same everyday and hosted in the restaurant on site.

After 10 days of travelling in Alberta, this was hands down the best stay we had. Unfortunate that the pool and hot tub were closed, but everything else was top notch. Staff was absolutely fabulous, room was clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend!

From website I had the impression there was a restaurant on site. I was disappointed with the promise of a ‘hot breakfast’ - the same fare as many other chains …. And not as good as some. I had heard so much about the Ramada quality that I was disappointed with the ‘average bedding’ and bathroom sink that needs replacement.
