'Dont stay in the penthouse!!! We booked a penthouse for three people via Expedia, with over 75 m², two beds and a sofa bed, separate bedrooms, soundproofing, daily cleaning, and a surprise for my sister’s birthday. Upon arrival, the hotel thought we were only two guests. A staff member was sent to prepare the sofa bed for the third person. The room was much smaller than described: one bedroom, one sofa bed, and no separate rooms. The staff member acknowledged something was wrong and attempted...

'Not enough electric sockets, shower too small with no grab bars, no phone in the room. Noticed the the hotel wouldn’t allow a woman to enter with a small dog, which I found unusual. I don’t think I would want to return.'
