'The place is very beautiful! My only issues are that there was no communication from the host and it said garage parking. I received check in after I sent a message on vrbo on the morning of. Checkin was super easy. Listing says garage parking which was the main reason I booked there. When we arrived two vehicles were blocking the garage. I texted her with no response. I texted her after we left with some issues she might want to take care of and again received no communication back. ...

'The house itself is fine. The basement has many amenities for your children to enjoy. Showers are hit and miss with water pressure and temp control. The screened porch furniture has black mold. The pool was relatively clean for swimming but the entire back area needs maintenance work. With some time and attention it could look just like the photos.'

'Excellent communication with Host. Inside the house is gorgeous. We were in Marietta for a Bridal Shower and needed a kitchen island to arrange flowers. The house had that and more. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Washer and dryer was great and plenty of parking. Close to downtown. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs as there can be ambulances going by at night. '
