'Great rebuilt and updated farm house. Roku TV, 4 power recliners, 2 comfy beds and a nice full bath. Property sits closest to Mosquito Resevoir but is also close to three othe large public lakes and within an hour drive of the charters east of Cleveland. If you get rained out a couple days like we did, check out "Past Times" - the BEST pinball and classic videogame arcade I've ever been to! Owner is super friendly and on the spot for whatever you need. 5 stars!'

'Rented this place over Christmas holiday for for extended family to stay while in the area visiting parents. Very clean, newly renovated, lots of room, sleeps 8. In a great location close to groceries, shopping, national park, Hudson, Peninsula, Kent, Akron. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in town.'

'I attended a conference in Cleveland with 11 others; this was a perfect location. We had plenty of space in the house, with everyone having their own bed to sleep in. The three and a half bathrooms were plenty; amazingly, we never ran out of hot water. We were .25 of a mile from the transit train station that went downtown and only about four miles to local supermarkets. The neighborhood was well-established and quiet. We even had a couple of deer bedding down in the flowerbed beside the house.'
