Summary:
This bright and spacious newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment can accomodate up to 10 persons. A few minutes walk to Peace Park, you can even view the entire Peace Park from the balcony plus a beautiful River night view. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided Room wifi provided, TV, washing machine. Kitchen equipped with basic cooking appliances/utensils. Best place to stay with superb view and great location!

Please note: Cleaning is done one time only after you check out.

The Space:
1Bedroom apartment with Elevator. Entire place rental so you won't have to worry about sharing with other guest.

Sleeping arrangement:

Bedroom: 2 queen size bed (4 people)
Living room: 3 double sofa bed (6 people)

A total of 10 people can stay.

The sofa bed are self-service, all the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it, clean bed sheets, pillow cover, it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins.

1 min away to street car station
By street car, you can reach Miyajima about 45 Mins
By street car, you can reach Hiroshima JR station in 15 Mins

All the coin parking are around the building (If you have your own vehicle )
10 mins walk to Hiroshima Bus center (You can reach Hiroshima Airport)

The location is right beside of Beautiful PeacePark river side, a balcony can enjoy the entire view with PeacePark and Dome, especially at cherry blossom season will be amazing beautiful down here.

-From Hiroshima airport to Hiroshima Bus center(45mins)
The easiest way is to ride this Limousine bus service. This coach service brings you to Hiroshima Bus center directly.

【Check in/out】
Standard check-in time is 3pm, check-out is 11am. Depending on other guests' schedules it might be possible to check in earlier so please feel free to ask me for early check-in or late check-out.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:

> Visiting guest will be charged even if they do not stay overnight and Please be quiet after ten o'clock in the evening.
If there is a complaint from a neighbor, you may be contacted. Please understand in advance that if repeated complaints occur, it is inevitable to report to the police.

Due to amount of guests, if in any case you are going to sleep on it overnight or eat any food at this area , PLEASE USE THE CLEAN SHEETS COVER on it for the sanitation reason.
All the clean sheets, Pillow Quilts and covers are all in the storage, hopefully can provide you a wonderful night

In my apartment ,offer with 1 heater , plus each room offer with air-condition which provide heating and cooling air depending on you need .

The futon are self service , all the set are in the storage/shelf ,with English label on it , clean bed sheets , pillow cover ,futon mat , these are real Japanese style , it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins .


CCTV/Securtiy Camera :

My apartment and the building is protected with CCTV/ Security Camera for safety & protection of all my guest. This also serve as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.

It is a requirement for all hotel and short term rental license for each host.
