The Space:

The space is located on the 4th floor with the following bed setting as follows :



Bedroom 1 : 2x Queen size Bed ( sleeps 4 adult)

Living Space : 2x Queen size Bed (sleeps 4 adult) + Large sofabed ( sleeps 2 adult)



Note : Sofa Bed are self service



Total : 10 adult can sleep comfortably



Kitchen which is fully equipped and stocked with seasonings to ensure a good dining experience.



Consists of a washing machine with dryer function (free detergent ),

The common area with the tv can provide your joyful and relax space.



Each guest will be provided with one set of towels. All the towels and bedding from provide from professional Hotel .



All the furniture and decorations have been picked out tastefully for the guests, with no detail overlooked and no attention spared. I want you to feel home when you are staying with us.



Guest Access:

You are able to access entire unit of my apartment so you do not need to worry to share with any other guests



The Neighborhood:

It is a few seconds walk to the downtown area, so there are many shops such as convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and convenient access.



Getting Around:

From Hiroshima Station by Streetcar

Exit from the South Exit and take the Hiroshima Electric Railway Line 1 (bound for Hiroshima Port) or Line 2 (bound for Miyajima-guchi). Get off at "Hatchobori" station.

From there, it’s a 5-minute walk to the property.



From Hiroshima Airport

Take the limousine bus bound for Hiroshima Station Shinkansen Entrance (about 50 minutes).

After arriving at Hiroshima Station, follow the above instructions to reach the property.

House comes with:

The Sofa bed and Japanese futons are all self-service, all the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it, clean bed sheets, pillow cover, futon mat, these are real Japanese style, it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins.



In my apartment, offer with 1 heater, plus each room offer with air-conditioning which provide heating and cooling air depending on your need.

Surely to keep the best comfortable temperature during your stay



Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.



So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed .
