This 1st-floor apartment comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults. Ideally located, it features a separate toilet and bathroom. Enjoy TV for entertainment, and a kitchen equipped for basic cooking. A washing machine with dryer function is also available. The building is secure with CCTV. Everything you need for a relaxing stay in Hiroshima.



Note: Cleaning is done only once after check-out.

My apartment is located on the 1st floor.

1x sofabed ( sleeps 2 adults)

Sofa bed is self service. Futons are stored in the storage and are self-service. Simply lay them out on the sofa when ready to sleep.

There's no There are many coin parking spaces near the apartment.



Getting Around:

・From Hiroshima Station via City Tram

Exit from the South Exit of Hiroshima Station and take tram Line 2 (Miyajimaguchi),Line 6 (Eba), or Line 1 (Hiroshima Port). Get off at Kanayama-cho station.

The destination is a 5-minute walk from there.



・From Hiroshima Airport

Take the limousine bus bound for Hiroshima Station Shinkansen Exit, which takes approximately 50 minutes.

Once you arrive at Hiroshima Station, follow the tram instructions above to reach your destination.

Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

Please mind the time, as we need to clean for the next guest.



No smoking inside the unit.

Parties are strictly prohibited.

No pets allowed.



Guest Registration is required by Japanese Law

All hosts must collect guest information, including name and a government-issued ID. If you do not have a home address in Japan, we are required to obtain a copy of your passport, including nationality and passport number.



After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a check-in form to complete your registration. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.



CCTV/Security Camera:

For guest safety and to assist with self-check-in, the unit is monitored by CCTV. This is a legal requirement for hotels and short-term rentals.
