It has 1 bedroom which includes 1 double size bed & 1 single futon. Living room has balcony with city view, comes with sofa bed　which can allow to sleep 2 people, good for relaxation. Toiletries are hotel quality. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom & Toilet w/washlet is separate. Washing machine w/dryer function is provided.

2x Single Japanese Futon (2 adult)



Living Room : 1 Sofa bed ( 1 adult)



Total : 5 adults



The entire unit are new and provide Hotel standard amenities.

Kitchen / Bathroom / Washing machine with dryer function / Pocket wifi .



Entire unit is non smoking room , but at my balcony I have display the ashtray , when you need .



Guest Access:

You are able to access entire unit of my apartment

so you do not need to worry to share with any other guests



House comes with:

+ Washing machine

+ Clean sheets and Towels

+ Gas stove, cooking tools, washing detergent, and body wash/shampoo/conditioner



The Sofa bed is self-service, all the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it, pillow cover, futon mat, these are real Japanese style, it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins.



In my apartment, offer with 1 heater, plus each room offer with air-conditioning which provide heating and cooling air depending on your need.

Surely to keep the best comfortable temperature during your stay

Other Things to Note:

Check in time is 3PM and Check out time is 11AM. Please be mindful of the time as we still need to clean the room for the next guest.

No smoking inside the house.

Parties are strictly prohibited.

Pets are not allowed.



Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.



So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed .
