Guest Access:

You will be able to access all the space in my apartment. No sharing with any other guests.



Getting Around:

From Hiroshima Station by Streetcar

Exit from the South Gate and take the streetcar Line 1 (Hiroshima Port Bound), Line 2 (Miyajima Bound), or Line 6 (Eba Bound). Get off at "Hatchobori" station. It takes approximately 10 min from Hiroshima Station to the property by streetcar and on foot.



Other Things to Note:

Official check-in time is 3 PM and Check-out time is 11 AM.



Please be mindful of the time as we still need to clean the room for the next guest. Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests.



This includes their name, home address, occupation, and dates of stay.



If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.



If your reservation is already CONFIRMED kindly send your photo passport or ID copy through email or use your mobile phone and send it to your booking channel app.

The unit is protected with CCTV for the SAFETY of my guest. It also serves as my guide when you do self-check-in.



Please be aware and be guided accordingly. It is a requirement for all hotels and a short-term rental license for each host.

Party is not allowed on the property.

No drugs of any kind.

No pets allowed on the property

No smoking inside the room/balcony, outside only.



Do not detach or seal the smoke alarms!



Please do not eat on the bed

No food, grease, oil, or bone in the kitchen sink.

Please do not flush loads/bulk of toilet paper down the toilet bowl as it may get clogged.
