📜 House Rules
•No shoes indoors – Help us keep the space clean and tidy.
•No smoking inside the apartment. A $200 USD penalty will be charged by the property management if smoking is detected.
•Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. If we receive noise complaints, we may contact you. Repeated disturbances may result in police involvement. Please be considerate of neighbors.

🛏 Sofa Bed Setup
The sofa beds are self-service and simple to set up—just 2 minutes! All necessary bedding (clean sheets, duvet covers, futon mats, and pillowcases) is provided and stored neatly in the labeled storage cabinet.

If the trash bin becomes full during your stay, please contact us.

For stays under 3 days, one set of towels per guest is provided.
For stays longer than 3 days, please let me know if you need extra towels—I'm happy to provide them.
