'We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The food was exquisite, with a great variety of delicious options. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our son especially enjoyed the waterpark, lazy river, and swim-out pool. These amenities made our family vacation even more special and gave him so many happy memories! A special shout-out to the staff at Caribe Gift Shop, who went above and beyond to help us...

'This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel. The grounds are well kept and lush. The pool is spectacular, the restaurant has delicious food and drinks. My room was spacious, clean, good'

'Everything is amazing in this resort, it’s like paradise, the only only negative thing is about Japanese restaurant which was horrible, but the other restaurants all were amazing, the staff were super super nice, we enjoyed so much and we’ll back here again'

I've stayed at a lot of Punta Cana resorts, and this one felt drier. Not all the staff were warm, though some stood out. The entertainment was good but very Americanized. I missed seeing more of the local culture. We paid extra for Preferred Club and most of it fell flat. Our butler was great, and the...

'We booked a deep-tissue massage at the spa and really enjoyed it. There were many other treatment options as well. Having a full-service spa on site was convenient. We spent the rest of the day at the pool. It was one of the most relaxing days of our trip.'
