'Polite staff. Clean and well kept facility'

'Woke up with multiple bites all over body and shower was absolutely not cleaned . There was no soap in pumper shampoo bottle. This is an upscale trying to be luxury hotel. The valet driver was stoned out of his mind. Only reason I gave 2 star was restaurant was actually really good. After seeing Amarillo this is better then most any other hotel around . Just be prepared for bug bites.'

'Thin walls. Rowdy guests slamming doors and partying in the pool until 1am. Our room had exposed outlets and a toilet that rocked back and forth when you sat down. The room was good sized and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't get breakfast as there was not a seat open. Husband noted that the gym had a couple of machines that were not working. We will skip this one next time.'

'Check-in was perfect with a staff that was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for adults and children. Pool area was lovely and our granddaughter enjoyed it very much. Very nice place to stay and we will definitely be back!'
