'The hotel was oke-ish. Rooms are noisy (I had bad luck to have a couple of kids next door), also for traffic noise. Rooms are kind of clean but not perfectly clean. The bed was comfortable though! The building needs some serious maintenance. Breakfast was bad, like so bad I would advice to just do not offer breakfast to the guests. It saves money and a big disappointment..'

'I found this resort last minute for a solo getaway. It was amazing! Beautiful views, easy drive from Charlotte and a quiet space to unwind. The spa was lovely and offered services I wanted for a reasonable price. I enjoyed getting to know Will and Meghan when I dined at the bar at High Tide. Overall it was a fantastic getaway and I plan to return this fall with friends. '

'This was a wonderful, last minute stay for us. The hotel is fairly new but it exudes a 1920's art deco charm. The food in the hotel restaurant, Lumiosa, is exquisite, and the rooftop bar has three separate patios plus interior climate-controlled seating.
