'This hotel is comfortable, charming, and convenient. WE feel very much at home here when we stay in Cottonwood. This is our go-to place -- we would only stay at another hotel if they didn't have any rooms available. My only warning is that you should let them know if you need a room on the bottom floor. The top-flor rooms can only be reached by stairs.'

'I’ll start with the positive. Beautiful space inside and out. Always had plenty of hot water and the grounds were peaceful and lovely. The code we had been given to unlock the keyless door, did not work. This meant we had to call the office to rectify after a VERY long travel day.
