'Property is nice enough, clean and comfortable. Location is pretty good and central. Where the hotel falls down is the service from the staff. There was little assistance in terms of advice of how to get from the station to the airport. Also, an iron was requested for the room but despite promises never arrived. Property good, staff service and friendliness a little lacking.'

'We enjoyed our stay here overall. Bathrooms were very clean, and the rooftop terrace was a great place to watch the sunset and swallows swooping about. It is fairly easy to park on the surrounding streets but don’t drive to the property itself if you have a big car as you could get stuck. Most things you’d need are provided including water which was appreciated. The local area has small shops with very friendly and helpful proprietors - we enjoyed shopping for local produce to take back to the...

'The resort stands out in everything. Great facilities, very professional and friendly staff, splendid kitchen and great lunch and diner options.'

'Á very nice Masseria where you can find the nature, food and drinks. Breakfast module is not really my best experience .'

'We had a wonderful experience during our stay. We arrived at the airport much earlier in the day then check in time. I contacted Palladio De Luca staff to ask if we could drop off our luggage early and then come back to check in at 3pm and received a reply shortly after. They also asked if I had a rental car, which I said no I didn’t plan on renting a car. I was then informed that getting a taxi is not an option at Fasano train station and they can send me a cab to be picked up. I was provided...

Tijdens ons verblijf palignano a mare, Alberobello (trulli’s) en Ostuni (witte stad) bezocht. Heerlijk weer en leuke restaurantjes. Alle 3 restaurants in het...
