'Very nice condo, and very clean. I purchased for friends visiting from Ecuador. They enjoyed staying there and liked the setting. It was easy to check in and out. I personally did not enjoy dealing with the property management company. The contract was a good ten pages - geez, but I get they want to protect the property. When I called and explained that I was not personally staying at the property, the receptionist made a big deal out of it, another hassle. A rep was supposed to call me back but...
