'Wonderful host! Beautiful campsite! Clean Port-a-potty, with 2-ply toilet tissue! Awning over a picnic table for a nice dinner, there's a grill, fire ring, wood supplied and chairs. We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed!'

'While the pictures online look great, they don’t do justice to how beautiful the property really is. The cabin was immaculate and the little touches from the chocolate kisses, to the his and her place settings at the counter, to the quiet romantic music playing on the tv was fantastic. 'This place is super close to the Trak and Yak trip which we were in town for. It was a great location right in the middle of town. The only complaint would be the three window AC units did not cool the whole house. At least the evenings were cool to open the windows. Would stay there again, but would bring a fan for the king size bedroom that did not have a window unit.'

'We booked this property with the event of the polar express planned on Saturday. We checked in Friday night and the house was wonderful. I really enjoyed the journal that was left to write notes about guests stay. I thought there would be a lot more to do in town but we couldn’t find much of anything of interest at the time, so we ended up leaving early Saturday evening.'

'For an old farmhouse this house was absolutely spotless inside. Easy walk into town and extremely easy access to the amazing trail. Looking forward to another trip or two this year if we can gather up the time.'
